Centerpoint Hospital in conjunction with Truman High School will be conducting free sports physicals for the 2011-2012 school year on Thursday, May 19th. Physicals will be 2:30 to 6:30 pm in the Small Gym at Truman. Students must have their parent signature on the physical form before they are examined. New MSHSAA rules this year require concussion information be disseminated and parent signature on this form as well. It will be included with the physical. The forms are available in the Activity Office at Truman from 7 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday.
To be valid for the 2011-2012 school year a student must have a physical completed after February 1, 2011. Questions may be directed to the Activities Office at Truman at 521-5350.
